• Temporary unavailability
• Scheduled maintenance or upgrades
• Removal or deprecation of custom RPC endpoints
Rest assured — your funds are completely safe. These issues only affect the app’s ability to retrieve data from the blockchain. Remember, all actual data is stored on the blockchain itself, not in the wallet.
For custom EVM (Ethereum-type) networks, you can try switching to an alternative RPC server to restore access to your data (Custom EVM (Ethereum type) Networks)!
Seeing “N/A” under fiat value? That just means we currently don’t have conversion data (EUR/USD/etc.) available for that specific cryptocurrency — and that’s perfectly normal.
