Congratulations on your new BC Vault! You just upgraded your personal security!

The first thing you should do, if you haven't already, is initialize your BC Vault. To do that, plug your BC Vault into a computer and you should see this screen:

You will need to shake your BC Vault to initialize the random number generator (basically to make sure no one can know your keys without your password).

The next step is to download the Application from here:

Once installed, following the instructions, you will be able to log in to your BC Vault through the application (confirm empty global password).

If you are notified that new Firmware is available, please upgrade to the latest version!

You're now ready to begin using your BC Vault!

If you are still facing any issues you can read our even more in-depth Beginners Guide.

Youtube tutorial videos are available here.

Try to familiarize yourself with your BC Vault first by sending small amounts of crypto to your wallets!

There is no way to recover access to your wallets if you forget your PIN or Passwords!

Try the Backup/Restore functions!
