We would like to alert you to a recent phishing attempt targeting BC Vault users.
The fraudulent email was sent from the domain bcvault-mail.com and claimed that a mandatory firmware update was required. This message is not legitimate and was not sent by BC Vault.
Please note:
- The only official BC Vault email domain is bc-vault.com.
- Any email originating from other domains, including bcvault-mail.com, should be considered suspicious.
- Do not click links, download files, or follow instructions contained in such emails.
If you receive a suspicious message claiming to be from BC Vault, please verify the sender’s domain carefully and contact our support team through official channels if you are unsure.
