It was brought to our attention that the fixes in BC Vault firmware version 1.2.7 (which changed the firmware to comply with MS Windows 10 changes, see: https://support.bc-vault.com/a/solutions/articles/43000519526) you have to update MS Windows 7 USB drivers:
- Open Device Manager
- Open the Human Interface Devices section
- Disconnect everything connected via USB except the BC Vault, keyboard, and mouse
- Right-click on each remaining USB entry and click "Update Driver Software", then select "Search Automatically...."
- You should get a notification of a driver upgrade on the BC Vault USB device
After a reboot, everything should work normally!
