This icon at each crypto wallet means wether the private key of the particular wallet was exposed to the outside world:
Each BC Vault generated wallet never exposes the private key by default. This only happens on user request - see Can I reveal raw private keys of a wallet on BC Vault?.
Additionaly each imported wallet is also marked as not secure - see I have existing crypto wallets, can I import them?.
