There is a BTC Wallet called "BC Vault Bounty Wallet" with address "1NLRLEo8UUozetW2sBnUn7CppUv6J7XpeK" and "3BGriMENHP92gQavWhuZfzWeSbuvbhvUdN" on my BC Vault?

That is correct! This is a special BC Vault Bounty Wallet (seamlessly integrated Legacy and Segwit BTC address), that is included in all sold BC Vaults. If you manage to gain access to this wallet (remember, you need wallet password and PIN), you are free to take 1 BTC! Let the games begin :)

In BC Vault Desktop Application from version 1.2.x on, this wallet balance and transactions will be ignored and will not show up in your portfolio. Should you wish to completely hide bounty wallet, you can do so under "MORE" (use "Hide Wallet" function).

HINT: If you create a QR code backup of empty BC Vault device which only has Bounty Wallet, you will see the wallet data (private key...) is included as you can compare it with a backup of completely empty (erased) BC Vault device (as per: How can I factory reset (completely erase) BC Vault?) where this wallet data will of course be missing. Same goes for microSD card backup.
